The celebrity couple, who had been sparking rumors for nearly five months, celebrated Lupita's 41st birthday which was on March 1, in style during a sizzling hot vacation to Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. Their enviable public displays of affection (PDA) left fans swooning.

The two were spotted soaking up the sun on Sunday (March 3) on the beach as they shared kisses. Their chemistry was palpable, leaving no doubt about their deep connection.

The rumors surrounding Joshua and Lupita began in late October when they were spotted attending Janelle Monae’s Los Angeles concert.

Both had gone through breakups—Joshua with Jodie Turner-Smith and Lupita with Selema Masekela.

Joshua‘s ex Jodie Turner-Smith who shares a 3-year-old daughter with Joshua, filed for divorce on October 2, just a few weeks before he was spotted with Lupita for the first time.

Jodie cited irreconcilable differences as the reason for the divorce. Their marriage of four years came to an end paving the way for Joshua’s newfound romance with the gorgeous actress.

Lupita had been dating the 52-year-old TV host and sports commentator since 2022. Masekela also runs a surf apparel company, Mami Wata, which was launched in April 2022 in Venice, California.

Following the break up Lupita deleted all posts about Masekela from her social media account.
