Shalkido and Mwalimu Rachel

Former sailors gang member, Shalkido has clapped back at Mwalimu Rachel after her remarks about how the gang was swindled by Octoppizo and KRG.

Taking to his Instagram stories Shalkido has urged Mwalimu Rachel to move on from Sailors Gang after her recent revelation.

Shalkido further emphasized that as a group they moved on and Mwalimu should also do the same.

The musician further challenged Rachel's management to create another group and make hits or even release music of her own.

"It's about time you move on from Sailors Gang. We as a team moved on a long time ago and focused on other things that matter more in our lives.

If you think you were so perfect in management, why do t you create another gang and have them release hits like we did, or rather go to the studio and make your own songs?

Stop using our name and our songs to chase your shitty clout. your fame died the moment sailors stopped realizing songs. Get a life you're getting too old for this!" Shalkido wrote.

Shalkido's response comes after Mwalimu Rachel in an interview with Mic Cheque Podcst revealed that Sailors Gang was not paid any royalties for their collabo with Octopizo in the 'Wakiritho' song.

She further mentioned that a similar case had taken place with KRG the Don and Sailors Gang where KRG allegedly paid the band with alcohol and 'Nyama Choma'.
