During a concert on Saturday night, Diamond Platnumz made waves by introducing a lady whom he claimed was the reason he wrote the song 'Nenda Kamwambie,' which was released about 15 years ago.

On stage, Diamond recounted how he wrote the song after seeing this lady in the audience among his many fans who had come to witness his performance.

Diamond asked his assistants to bring the lady onto the stage before embracing her and starting to sing the song.

"This song, I sang about my real life. You know, I was trying to sing, but every time I tried, the songs would be bad, I couldn't get it right. I realized there was still a level I hadn't reached, there was pain that I had to experience," Diamond began to narrate.

"And there's this sister I love so much, and today I saw her here. This sister is called Sarah, she's the reason I sang this song 'Kamwambie.' At that time, she was just a young girl," Diamond added.

"This is Sarah, 15 years ago, I sang this song for her, you know, at that raw time. Whenever I saw her, I saw Beyoncé, I got confused. She teased me about incidents, so I went to write this song, and what I sang in this song, I wrote it because of her," Diamond said, confirming that they later met, sorted things out, and became friends.
