Gospel singer Ringtone has returned to the public limelight after missing for about three months. The singer was last active online in December 2023.
On Friday April 5, he was in a college providing motivational speeches to students. He also offered to pay fees for a young lady going to study in the UK
"This year I want to take things easy. People always abuse me and I keep quiet. I have learnt ukiwa nayo watu wanakufurahia, ukikosa watu wanakucheka. In life, there are ups and downs," he wrote.

He mentioned a money challenge and brushed off speculation he has been depressed. "I am not. Maybe you gusy think so, maybe kama nyinyi mlikuwa munaona ni depression maybe ni nyinyi manona vibaya."
"I have been having personal challenges, but nashukuru God ameni saidia nimetoka kwa hizo machallenges. Kuna wkati nilikuwa na nakosa mpaka food nakula avocado, breakfast, lunch, supper. I was growing those avocados and they were too many, they were dropping from the trees."
He is hopeful that things will be better this year.
"People go through challenges maybe to bring them back to their purpose," hinting that he may have strayed from the Gospel.
